All orders from BŌKEN KIN are shipped exclusively via UPS. We do not offer in-store pickup or third-party carrier options.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically prepared and shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

• In cases where an item is unavailable or requires additional verification, shipment may be delayed.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): Complimentary for all orders. Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days from the shipping confirmation date, depending on destination.

• Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): $35 fee. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.

• Saturday Delivery (UPS Saturday Service): $45 fee. Orders placed between Sunday 12:00 PM EST and Friday 3:00 PM EST are eligible for Saturday delivery, subject to availability by ZIP code.

Delivery Requirements:

• Signature required for all deliveries — no exceptions.

• UPS will make up to three delivery attempts; after that, the package may be held at a UPS facility or returned to sender.
  

• BŌKEN KIN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional Information:

• Shipping timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental United States.

Return Policy

Merchandise in perfect saleable condition with original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
